Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Mont Tremblant

Very clean & Nice hotel in the center of St. Jovite and close by Mont Tremblant. At the hotel all the receptionists were very helpful and kind. Specially many thanks to William and Nicole. The outdoor hot Sauna was amazing in the middle of snow and -20 degree celccius. We visited with our pet (Cat)Lucky & and he felt secured and happy. House keeping service was perfect. Continental breakfast was good. Hope to see you next time during our visit Mont Tremblant.

While the hotel facilities were clean and the staff was welcoming and professional, I need to address a significant issue: the swimming pool water was unacceptably cold, especially at night. This prevented my family from enjoying what should be a key amenity. Although the water slide entertained my kids, the cold water made the pool unusable for us. During winter, guests especially expect a warmer pool. However, I must highlight the exceptional breakfast service.​ The breakfast was outstanding—not only was the food quality excellent, but the staff attending the breakfast area went above and beyond. They were attentive, friendly, and truly made our mornings special. Their professionalism and warm hospitality stood out and made a significant positive impact on our stay. We were genuinely impressed with their dedication and service. The pool temperature issue was disappointing, but the breakfast team's excellent service is worth commending. I hope you'll address the pool heating for future guests.

This was my first time in Microtel Inn; I stayed here for 3 nights with my family. The front desk staff was phenomenal, incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. We got stuck in a snow storm so we checked in at 11pm. I called ahead and they said no problem, your reservation is safe till 3am. The breakfast was good with waffles, bagels, boiled eggs, etc. They open up the soda machine so free drinks from 4-7pm which include orange and apple juice. They also provide board games to play in the lobby. Just ask the front desk. It's a 10 minute drive to Mont Tremblant. Overall wonderful stay. Thank you to Michelin, Marie and Patrique and the lady with curly hair. I gave us to the only reason I gave a four-star is because the bathroom exhaust fan was very loud

This was a very last minute booking and we were pleasantly surprised! Super supportive staff, clean room AND breakfast included. We initially booked it for one night, but loved it so much we extended our stay with no issues! Super close the Mont Tremblanc and other amenities and the price is great! Would highly recommend!

It's a great, modern and clean hotel. Right off the highway, you'll find that the rooms and washrooms are large. Staff very accommodating. Breakfast was basic but okay. It's about a 10-minute drive from the mountain which makes it really easy to enjoy the skiing. Try to get to the mountain before 9am and you get to the park for free at the Tremblant P2 lot.

I read a lot of the prior reviews before booking and honestly don’t get the outrage. For what this place is—a budget-friendly ski hotel—it checked every box we needed. If you’re coming here expecting a Michelin-star breakfast, that’s on you for not doing your homework. Breakfast is exactly what it should be: fuel before hitting the slopes. Make-your-own Belgian waffles (a win), decent coffee, orange juice, bagels with cream cheese. Yes, the hard-boiled eggs were a little rubbery, but let’s keep perspective here. Rooms were perfectly fine. Clean, decent size, small kitchenette and microwave to heat things up—exactly what you want after a long ski day. Bathroom vent is loud, but if that’s what you’re losing sleep over, you may just be looking for something to complain about. The hot tub and pool were huge hits with the kids and very appreciated after long, freezing days on the mountain. Honestly, clutch. Great base camp before heading into Mont-Tremblant Village. Bonus points: two restaurants and bars literally in the parking lot—about 20 steps away—and both are very good (I reviewed those separately). Bottom line: affordable, practical, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

Have been staying here for the past four years and have consistently been very satisfied with the service, accommodations, and amenities. The staff are warm and welcoming, the rooms are modern, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The breakfast (eggs, coffee/tea, muffins, yogurt, bread) is simple yet filling — a great way to start the day. An added bonus is the convenient location, with Mont Tremblant just 15 minutes away, plus a shuttle for those who prefer not to drive. Will definitely be back.

Great stay, quiet and clean. Good front desk staff. Overall hotel was good for our dog, no real issues. Only comment is the breakfast has no protiens (meats or fresh eggs, only boiled eggs which could have been better). Lots of parking, a Tim Hortons and gas station are 30 meters away (gas station has a large convenience store). Bar/Resturant in the parking lot which was great.
